SALON POLICY
Life happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment with us. We get it. If you need to cancel more than 48 hours before your appointment, just give us a call or shoot us a message letting us know. If you don’t let us know or have to cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, we take 50% of the appointment as a fee. Talk to us to find out more.
DURING AN APPOINTMENT
Due to limit of sanitation, client with appointments is only allowed at treatment area. Guest is welcome to seat in waiting area. With regret due to health and safety regulations, please consider making other arrangements for your children when you come for your treatment. A salon is not the safest place for a child, hot equipment , very sharp objects, and chemicals are in regular use. Our staff are unable to carry out your treatment if they also need to keep an eye on child safety.
