Certificate of completion of Bloodborne Pathogen Training for Body Art (Approved Trainers only)
Blood Borne Pathogens and communicable diseases certification. This is required. (No Exceptions)

DEPOSIT FOR TRAINING

Deposit (non-refundable and non-transferrable) is required to secure your spot for one of our training sessions. Our workshop is only reserve 2-4 spots. This deposit will be deducted from your overall balance. Remaining balance is due a 1 week before registered date. Merchant Fees may apply to balance payment.
